Apostle Bernard and Apostle Dr. Lillie Tuggerson had a vision to create a church that would be a center for prayer and worship, permeating entire cities, states, and countries with explosive spiritual revival and transformation
From its beginning, Immerse Church, originally Pentecostal Full Gospel Crusade (PFGC), focused on reaching those who do not know God personally and building relationships through spiritual development, transformation, and economic empowerment.
With a vision to “Bring Heaven to Earth and position the people of God to Reign,” Immerse Church looks to connect people to the purpose for which they were created, empowering them to make a difference in the world. The life-giving message of the Gospel, the glory-filled encounter of Sunday and Wednesday services, and the loving
nature of Immerse Church have brought growth to the church over the years. Years of consistent fervent prayer, the thirst for the presence of God, and deeply rooted
relationships have made this church a pillar within the surrounding communities.
Today, Immerse is a Church filled with love, hospitality, and generosity, a church filled
with repentant people responding to Christ’s call to salvation, revelation, and dominion.
Future Focused
At Immerse Church, we are deeply rooted — but we are not stuck. We honor our heritage, yet we
are called to build what has not yet been seen. We believe God is always moving forward, and
His Church must be positioned to advance with Him.

We believe salvation is the beginning, not the finish line. Our assignment is to develop men and women who understand who they are in Christ and who walk in that identity with confidence and
clarity. To govern means to take responsibility — spiritually, mentally, financially, relationally, and professionally. It means living intentionally rather than reactively.
At Immerse, we are committed to forming believers who reflect Heaven’s order in their homes, integrity in their workplaces, wisdom in their decisions, and excellence in their execution. We teach people to think like heirs, act like ambassadors, and lead like representatives of a higher Kingdom.
We do not exist simply to host services. We exist to build people — people who carry authority without arrogance, conviction without compromise, and influence without losing their spiritual foundation.

Apostle Dr. Lillie Tuggerson
Senior Leader (Spiritual)
Apostle Dr. Lillie Tuggerson is the visionary and spiritual covering of Immerse Church. With decades of faithful ministry, apostolic insight, and unwavering commitment to biblical truth, she has been entrusted with the mandate to build people who are spiritually mature, disciplined, and positioned to reign.
Her leadership is marked by sound doctrine, prophetic clarity, and a deep passion for leadership development. Apostle Tuggerson carries a unique grace to challenge mindsets, call believers into spiritual responsibility, and raise leaders who understand both authority and accountability. Her teaching emphasizes transformation, order, and Kingdom dominion—equipping believers to
move beyond inspiration into formation.
As Senior Leader, her focus remains steadfast: to steward the vision, guard the doctrine, and ensure that Immerse remains a house where people are spiritually developed and prepared to
represent Heaven well.
Pastor Bernard Tuggerson, Jr.
Lead Pastor in Training
Pastor Bernard Tuggerson, Jr. is a dynamic and emerging voice committed to carrying the vision of Immerse into the next generation. As Lead Pastor in Training, he serves with humility, strength, and a deep desire to see people encounter God in transformative ways.
He brings passion to worship, clarity to leadership, and intentionality to discipleship. Pastor Bernard is focused on helping believers bridge the gap between faith and daily living—empowering them to walk in identity, discipline, and purpose.
His leadership reflects both honor for the foundation that has been laid and readiness to advance the mission forward. With a heart for people and a commitment to excellence, he is being formed to shepherd the house with wisdom and courage in the years ahead.
Pastor Ben Snowden
Associate Pastor
Pastor Ben Snowden serves as Associate Pastor with a heart for discipleship, care, and spiritual growth. He is deeply committed to ensuring that members are not only connected but cultivated—spiritually strengthened and grounded in truth.
With a steady and pastoral presence, Pastor Snowden helps foster healthy community within the body. He supports the spiritual direction of the house by reinforcing doctrine, mentoring leaders, and assisting in the execution of ministry initiatives.
His approach to ministry reflects faithfulness, wisdom, and a genuine love for people. Through his service, Immerse continues to grow as a place where individuals are known, nurtured, and equipped to mature in Christ.
Pastor Michael & Dawn Beard
Executive Pastoral Team
Pastor Michael Beard and Dawn Beard serve as the Executive Pastor Team of Immerse Church, providing operational leadership and strategic oversight to ensure the vision is implemented with excellence and clarity. He works closely with the Executive Team to align systems, structure, and ministry efforts so that the church can function at a high level of effectiveness and integrity.
With a strong emphasis on leadership development, accountability, and organizational health, they help translate vision into actionable processes. Their passion lies in building sustainable systems that empower teams, strengthen leaders, and position the house for long-term impact.
They are committed to cultivating a culture where excellence, communication, and collaboration support the greater mission: bringing Heaven to earth and positioning the people of God to reign.
